i've got sewing fever!!

so i got in this motivated mood today and put a chicken in the crockpot and am gonna make some homemade mac'n'cheese and homemade mashed potatoes tonight and maybe even some yeast rolls but I'm not sure I'll have enough time for them lol anyways i was on the computer this morning..big surprise lol and i was looking at pillowcase dress patterns for like the hundredth time lol and i said i am gonna make this freaking dress i have been batting my eyes at them and wanting to make one for over a year now and today i am proud to say i did it and it looks awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am so happy with how cute it turned out and it was sooooooooo easy it was less then an hour from start to finish!! so tell me how awesome you think i am lol!

kk's new dress

well this is the newest dress i have made for kk i did a horrible job around the neck but everything else turned out great and considering i did not even use a pattern i think i did great!!
see the neck not that great but its still cute ;)
she likes it and it looks cute on her i have a ton of this material so i am gonna make some more stuff with it

this is proud kyle with the very first blanket he has made and whats cool is he could not even tie a knot before he made this so we are all very very proud of him!!!

OK so i finally finished the dress and while i did make quite a few mistakes i actually did pretty good considering this is the first real thing i have made in a few years and when i make her next one the mistakes i made on the first one should not happen again and i must say there is noting like a finished product to make you wanna get started on another one ;)
