hey guys since i am making my own diapers now i am not really feeling the need to hoard all these diapers i have!! ( i have tons) so i am gonna get rid of the ones that need work i have 11 fuzzi bunz that all need new elastic i also have 3 or 4 others that have leaking problems you can have all of these for the cost of shipping (about 6 bucks) or if you want i will fix the elastic for 3 bucks a diaper just make me an offer it may take me a few weeks thou cause i do have 5 kids and my time is usually short! the 11 diapers with elastic issues have no leaking issues that i can remember but they have been thru 4 kids and have stains please see the pictures i also wanted to add that there are no inserts with these you can buy them from any cloth diapering website or if you wanna be super cheap you can just use rags but they will not absorb near are good as ones that are made for diapers!

Free goodies from the USO!!

So i have been going to the USO here in Jacksonville cause i was told they get bakery items that are either about to expire or just did and then they get in other things to that are being donated and they get them every Monday and Thursday so if you are a military wife or member i highly encourage you to go but please go after me lol

OK i am grateful to be so blessed i am trust me, but all i can say is WOW!!! OK on to my story Friday me and chad and the baby's were driving around looking for houses that were for rent and we saw a ton of stuff on the curb of someones house and a big poster board that said free and there was a lot of nice wood furniture one being a nice furniture store type futon frame and since Cheyennes cheap walmart futon frame is messed up i was super excited so we got that and then a cool little antique night stand and then a little pine dresser all of which looked great so we get home and unload them and we were about to start cleaning them up before bringing them and and OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there were tiny roaches EVERYWHERE and i mean EVERYWHERE in the bed alone there were over 100 it was INSANE i have never in my life seen that many roaches and they were everywhere in all 3 things so we left and got some roach spray and used 2 cans on the 3 of them and after spraying and cleaning and taking the things apart we decided to paint the bed and we are finally almost done with it and we finally got rid of all the roaches on it so all in all i am very grateful for a free bed cause Cheyenne needed it but man i fee so sorry for the people that lived in the house this stuff came from ;(

its been a good day

well today has been a very good day it all started with going dumpster diving haha ok its trash day and people on this navy base are so wasteful especially in the summer time cause lots of people move and throw out great stuff so i look around and almost gave up cause really noting sparked my fancy lol until i made it to officer housing a place i usually skip cause they never move and never throw good stuff away it seems but today was a new day and there was a family moving cause there was ton of bags at the curb and i took about half of them i wish i would have got them all but really i did not want to be in front of there house for 10 minutes getting all there crap ya no lol but in the bags i took i got some great stuff one was filled with cleaning supplies all pretty much full!! and all the others were filled with blankets sheets and clothes and cds i kept about half of the stuff and passed the rest on to someone else on freecycle and then at another house over in officer housing there was a black leather (fake i am sure) chair that is pretty comfy and will look nice in the Florida room so that was also cool and as an added bonus i got some kitchen curtain's on freecycle today so woo hoo for free things!!!!!! so after all the free stuff we went to the library for a little bit and then came home and ate and changed and went to the pool for about 20 minutes lol a storm came and they closed it but i got a pass to go for free next time so thats pretty neat!! well i guess thats all i got i will try to post some pictures later of my new treasures lol and of the beach yesterday ;)

here's some pictures of the goodies i got off the side of the road this weekend on base ;) kk really loves the baby toy which is funny cause i got it for the baby in my belly lol and she also loves the trike its pretty nice a little rusty but not that bad and i like it a lot better then the one we used to have i put it on the curb thou and someone took it so that was cool ;)

some awesome freebies this week!!

well i got some good stuff yesterday from the uso they are giving kids a weekends supply of food all 3 meals for 2 days and it was all free each kid got there own paper bag filled with food and they were so excited opening there bags and seeing what they got it was really cute i hear they are gonna be doing this every week for the weekends and if i can get this again i totally am cause there was some good stuff and the kids were pretty happy about it! also while i was there they asked if i wanted any bread and bakery items and of course i said yes and apparently every Monday and Thursday they are given like day old bakery items and i got some stuff i would never buy cause of the price like i got some strawberry pound cake that was ooo sooo good and some pretzel bread that was pretty good to!! and just some English muffins and small loves of bread and some pita chips it was awesome i will totally come back next week and start getting some of this stuff and i encourage any other military wife in the mayport area to do so also!!! ** I just wanted to add that there are a few things missing from the picture (milk, an apple and a few oranges and a few other things)

and on to the clothes i was given 5 walmart bags of girls 2t clothes from freecycle and there were some great clothes in there Hanna Anderson, Ralph lauren, lands end, and lots of others that were super cute and i am always grateful for clothes for my kiddos and what i can't use i always pass on to someone else so this week was pretty good ;)

oh how i love free stuff!!

so here i am driving around cause i wanted to get a base newspaper so i could find out what the free movie was tonight out at the beach (its spider wick chronicles if you were wondering and thats to scary for us!) but anyways on my way i see people trowing all kinds of good stuff out and stuff i will need and want (which is aways nice lol) so here's what i scored today one glider rocking chair thingie and its really nice its not the crappy kind i had back in the day that pretty much fell apart!! next i got a baby seat toy thing (something i will need since i am 5mts along and got rid of everything lol) and this is also in great shape!! next i got a box full of kids VHS tapes which are being watched now in 2 rooms lol!! and the last thing i got was a few large pieces of material (which is pretty cool since i just set mine and Cheyenne's sewing machine up after a year of not even turning it on!!) and we got that cute little ride on toy codys on in the picture and the little kitchen that kk loves by the way ;) and just a few weeks ago i got a pretty nice desk that will come in handy when we start homeschooling next year!! and a cute little lamp to go on top of it! and actually just yesterday i got one of them jumpy things that hangs on the wall i wish i still had the jumper i had for kk but its cool this one will do and it beats buying one or worse not having one lol here's some pictures of the things i got today and yes i am a dork but its cool ;)

Jamba Juice

well i did the jamba juice free b-fast today and it was soooooooooooo good i got strawberry chunk and kk and Cody both got a free one also they got blueberry something and we loved them they are pretty expensive on a normal day thou so i doubt we will go often but we will go again cause it was good and left us feeling good to!! so if you missed out on this on that really sucks cause the 3 of us were impressed and the workers there were all so sweet and just nice you don't really get that any where now sadly so i give jamba juice 2 thumbs up ;)
