wow am i glad i have noting else to do this week, Monday cody had to get a baby root canal done its not really a root canal but its pretty much what it is my poor little dude, he did great thou there was one time he was in pain ;( and had to be given another shot but once that kicked in he was fine and had a heavy tongue for a long time (lol thats what he called it) but today hes doing great you would have never thought he just had some major work done yesterday!! and today kyle had to go and actually get a tooth pulled and a space maintainer put in which was pretty scary for me he did great when the dentist was done i asked kyle if he wanted to see his tooth and hes all what mom they took my tooth out already hahaha i was pretty happy about that cause i would hate for him to have been in any pain!! both boys still have to get more stuff done kyles going back on the first to get 2 of his teeth capped cause the filling are bad now and Cody's got to go back on the 15Th and get another baby root canal done ;( but at least we found an awesome dentist office one thing we never found in Oklahoma so for that i am very very grateful!!

in other news chads out to sea again ;( for about 2 weeks and that really sucks hes gonna miss the independence day fest on base they are doing it this weekend so i guess its just me and the kids going bummer on that!!

we went to the beach and chad and kyle fished on Sunday and they saw a bunch of sand sharks chad said he saw one that was pretty big really close man how scary is that, they were not even that far out we went at high tide and about an hour before sunset and it was so nice out there the water was calmer then i have ever seen it!! well i guess i need to go and get some stuff around the house done i just wanted to update the blog since its been awhile ;)

darn my kids teeth!!

well i took 4 of the kiddos to the dentist this week kk and cody went Tuesday and i LOVE their dentist but am sad to report Cody's has to get 2 caps and then 3 fillings ;( and kk needs 2 caps ;( so thats pretty uncool we brush twice a day everyday so really how does this happen??) and then on to kyle and Cheyenne kyle is not doing well either he actually has an infected tooth thats gonna have to be pulled ;( and that was one that was filled in stupid Oklahoma and all the other fillings he had in Oklahoma are bad now and will have to be redone just another reason to dislike that crappy place! but Cheyennes teeth are perfect as usual! so yeah to that but i hate that the other 3 kiddos have to get a lot of stuff done it makes me sad!!

in other news my dishwasher is finally fixed so thats some good news!!! well later guys i need to clean up a bit!

Cody's finally getting better!

well i sent cody back to school today and he was really happy to go back he really enjoys the 3 hours he is there during the week he has a few best friends and he thinks his teacher is just the bestest one in the world lol but yeah he is doing so much better now yesterday i took him to an actual eye doctor and he said that he still has a very small scratch but it should be gone by today or wed at the latest i still can't believe he got poked in the eye with a fork thats just crazy!! but thankfully no real damage was done and hopefully him and kyle learned a horrible lesson!! other then all the stuff with cody we have not really done much but just rest and sit around the house we did go to the park for a little bit on Sunday cause the kids really needed to get out and cody was feeling pretty good and i am glad we went cause he had a good time and my friend Michelle was actually there with her 2 youngest daughters so that was fun seeing them there as its been awhile since i have seen them! well i guess thats all I've got today later guys!

update on cody

well Cody is doing tons better today thankfully we had to go back to the er today to get his eye checked out again cause i could not get a stupid referral from tricare to see an eye Dr but that's OK we were seen pretty fast thankfully since i had Cheyenne and kyle and kk also with me today!! but the scratch was soooooooooo much smaller yesterday it was the size of about half his eye or all the color it was freaky looking yesterday but today it was just like a speck of sand but since its still not fully healed i have to go back on Monday to the er or to an eye Dr maybe Monday i will have my referral from tricare and i hope so cause i would rater not go back to the germ filled er ya no!! even thou they are all nice and fast there i think an eye place would be better and have less germs! but hes doing great and keeping his eye open today but its still pretty red and sore and the both of us are super tired cause we did not really sleep last night ;( but hopefully we will tonight!!! well later guys!

forks and 4 years are not a good combo!!

well Cody has finally feel asleep so i figured i would write a quick blog to fill everyone in this morning Cody and kyle were have a fork fight?? and Cody got jabbed in the eye with kyle fork and was screaming like crazy and Cody is not really one to cry and scream etc etc!! so i new it must be bad but i could not get him a Dr's appointment cause i am sure they were booked with crazy parent wanting to get meds for there kids snotty noses lol but anyways i took him to the er and they had to numb his eye and then they put a dye in his eye and turned all the lights off and put a black light on his eye it was crazy and you should have seen the scratch that, that fork left wow!! so the Dr said he has a corneal abrasion and he has to have antibiotic ointment on his eye 4-8 times a day and he gave him tylenol with codeine for pain he told me that everytime he blinks or opens his eye its gonna be very painful and i a suppose to go back tomorrow to make sure its healing and as long as its healing he should be good in a few days and hope that's the case cause i feel so sorry for the little guy!! well i better go and get the other kids fed cause i have just been sitting with Cody all day later guys!

happy dance..

oh man i have to say i am so happy and relieved right now i just got home from getting the van fixed at brakes4less off beach blvd and its driving like a dream now not one little tiny squeak no jerking me forward when i first press the brake and no noting just the sweet sweet sound of silence i am so happy its done and over with now they had to replace the front calipers that was what was actually making it jerk forward when i would press on the brakes and then they replaced all the pads even thou the front 2 were new it was still cheaper to get all 4 done cause the back 2 ended up being not so great one was cracked and he said it was the back brakes that were causing the squeaking and i believe him cause thats where i was hearing it from the most but the total ended up being almost 300 but man it was so worth it i have a 3 year warranty and its driving great when i came on base today i said to the gate guard do ya hear that and looked at me funny and was like no and i said yeah me neither i just had the brakes fixed and we laughed and i was on my merry little way ;)

i also had a Dr's appointment this morning that went well i am measuring at 35 weeks which is what i am so thats good everything is all caught up now hehe cause before i was measuring 3 weeks early they heartbeat was in the 140s which is very normal for my boys and i think boys in general that actually how i new he was a boy before i was told he was a boy hahaha and now i just need to clean my house i have a ton to do i have been being lazy to much this week and my house is paying for it big time i am just gonna do a little now and then when Cheyenne and kyle get home we are all gonna get to work they are great helpers when bribed hahaha well thats all i got right now later guys!

update...

ok so i just talked to the doctor and she said that i was all good so i asked her so there was noting abnormal at all besides the murmur and she said well there was 3 very small insignificant tears in my valves and i said well that sounds scary and she said no its more uncommon to not see them so i asked her if it was something i need to watch and she said no so thats cool i guess weird but cool...

went back today..

well i had my echocardiogram today and while i did not get the results back i have to wait a day or 2 she did smile and say if it was something really bad or life threatening that i would not be able to leave so soon and then she reminded me how common the murmurs are in pregnancy so i felt good leaving!! my mom has been down so i have not really had that much computer time but she is leaving today we are gonna go to lunch and then she will be on her way ;( the kids will be pretty sad but to but they will be OK and get back to there routine pretty quick i am sure!! well i guess thats all i got for now I'll try to get back on here tonight or tomarrow and definitely when i have the actually results from the doctor!!! thanks everyone for your comments and prayers i really appreciate it!!!

not what i expected...

well i have to say i am pretty surprised with my Dr's apt today i was expecting to go in and let them have a listen to my heart and say everything is wonderful and then be on my merry little way but as it turns out i go in and they do my blood pressure in both arms and that was all good so i was happy about that but then i had to have an EKG which was new and kinda weird and my test for that came back as borderline so while it was not abnormal it was still not normal so that was not cool and then a few minutes later the cardiologist came in and and asked me like 10 million questions and then listened to my heart from the front and back and on the sides of my neck and made me hold my breath and then he told be that the murmur was loud and not what a normal pregnancy related murmur should sound like and he noticed i had shortness of breath and asked about that and then he said i have to come back and get an echo cardiogram on my heart which is an ultrasound so they can look at my hearth valves and see how everything looks so on Tuesday i go back and get that done so please pray for me!

on a light note i had an appointment with my midwife thursday and that went great i am only measuring 1 week early now and my weight is good and the baby heartbeat was great so the only baby related complaint i have is heartburn lol....

so i did the crazy paranoid parent thing today and brought Cody to the Dr over a cough but it sounded so croupy like that i really thought he needed to get it checked out and i was thinking he should stay home from school and not pass it on but the Dr did this and that and said he was cool and did not need to stay home from school so i guess hes going today and hes happy about that he loves going he said story time is boring and takes sooooo long and he really wishes his teacher would read faster hahahaha i thought that was pretty funny!! he really cracks me up he also told me the other day he was mad at daddy cause he made us leave Oklahoma and if we don't go back hes gonna go on an adventure back to Oklahoma and i said oh yeah do you know how to get there and he said yes i am making a map now and then he proceeded to make that map so i told him good luck and that i would sure miss him and he just started laughing and said he was just joking but he does miss Oklahoma hehe!! as far as today goes the only thing i really have planned is to go the library i have a few movies and books that need to be returned they were actually due Thursday and with the storm they did not get turned in and there was a DVD i could not renew online so that really sucks since there is a 1 dollar late charge for everyday late!!! and to top it off i never even watched it so that sucks!! but oh well!! well i guess that's all i got for now later guys..

well..

well today ended up being an interesting day i had my appointment first i took the kids to Jeni's house so i could have a little peace since i was gonna be there at the least an hour but probably more!! but anyways i get there and check in and go drink the yummy orange drink lol and then go back and wait for my turn to see the midwife finally i get called back and they weighted me and i have gained ALOT since my last appointment lol i have gained 22lbs now total which really is not that bad but i still have 12 weeks to go give or take a week ;) so that was a little shocking but really i don't care so then after that she took my blood pressure which was normal as usual and then she was saying (the nurse) i love your birds for those that don't know me i have swallows tattooed on my feet and i said yeah thanks i love them to and she asked where i got them and i told her and she said oh really i took care of the guy that first started that shop back when i worked at some nursing home and he was so sweet and let me tell you girl his WHOLE body was covered with tattoos and i do mean his whole body and she winked and said something about an 8 ball i was like omg hahahahahahaha but yeah that was pretty funny and after that i got to wait for my midwife and it took forever today it seemed but finally she came in and listened to my heart and said she heard a murmur and asked if i have had that in any other pregnancy and i was like uhhh no!! and now i have to go to nas jax and get an echo of my heart (ultrasound) to make sure everything is working right and that the valves are clear ect ect and that's just shocking to me and its pretty scary cause any way you look at it its your heart and that's a big deal!!!! but other then that everything sounded great with the baby and i am measuring at 32 weeks lol i always measure big with the boys thou so that's not a big deal!! and that's really it for the Dr's. appointment.....

Dr.'s appointment today..

well i am 24 weeks along now and i am measuring 27 weeks lol its funny cause with both boys i also measured big ;) the heartbeat sounded great every ones in fact hahaha the midwife put the dropper thingie on everyone cause they wanted to hear there hearts its was funny/cute kk was just a giggling at the sound of her heart hehe i have gained 14lbs now which is still pretty good i am all belly for sure i can still wear most my pants and a few shirts most are to short now lol i was bad yesterday and bought 3 new summer shirts that are kinda like maternity shirts but there not lol and i also got a pair of shorts and i was pretty impressed i only had to get a 10 woo hoo (yeah i should have got maternity but the nex does not have a good selection and i was not going somewhere else) i also got a super cute new bathing suit that I LOVE i may even have to take some pictures of me in it and put on here lol!! ok i kinda doubt i will do that but ya never know i do love looking at myself hahaha my next appointment is July 31st and i have to do the sugar test fun fun huh i was surprised that i do not have to fast for it cause i am pretty sure that i did for the other 4 but hey that's a good thing fasting sucks!! well i guess that's all i got baby related besides this horrible heartburn (something i did not have with the others!!) well until nest month later guys

boy or girl.....

so i made it to nas jax and back just fine and it did not rain praise god!!!! and if you were wondering its a boy!!! but i already knew so really it was no shocker everything has been the same as with the other boys now had it been a girl i would have been shocked!! but yeah another beautiful boy ;) oh yeah don't forget to vote on the poll ;)

half way there

so i had my 20 week apt today and the baby's heartbeat was between 139-142 last month it was 146-149 and we all know what that means......ITS A BOY well its an old wives tale i know but its been true for all 4 of our kids Cheyennes and Kaylee's heartbeat was always in the high 150s and the low 160s and kyle and Cody's were always in the 140s and i always measured a week or 2 early with the boys and this one i am measuring at 21-22 weeks lol so all fingers are pointing to boy!! but i guess we will not know for sure till next Monday when i get my ultrasound ;) either way its cool and i am totally excited for either!!! i have gained 9 lbs now which is pretty great usually i am up to about 15 or so by now and its not my diet cause i do eat trust me hahaha but i am very active as you can imagine with 4 kids we walk and bike ride a lot!! well until my ultrasound i guess thats all in the baby department ;)

8 weeks now....

so i have decided i am just gonna copy and paste my myspace blogs over here from now one since most people go this one anyways ;)

well i am 8 weeks along today and today i am feeling really great but 2 days ago i really was thinking i might just die!!! i threw up like twice a record for me lol and had been sooooooooooo tired but today and yesterday have really been nice and i really really hope things continue to stay nice like this cause being tired and puking all day is no fun!!!! i have an apt comming up next wednesday so that should be fun (yeah right lol) i can’t stand the first appts with the pap and all the dumb little tests and such but oh well life will go on and at least i got my blood work done already cause that is never fun either!! in other news kk is getting so big she pee-peed in the potty 2 times yesterday yep 2 times that was awesome i think it was just luck but we are totally gonna work on it now and with her being so smart i am sure she will pick it right up!! Cody is doing well also just being Cody which is rough and tough which i think some people just don’t understand i mean really i can’t help it if your kids a wimp and can’t handle little Cody i think that’s kinda why i really don’t let people come over any more cause i really don’t want to punish Cody for something i do not think is wrong ya no???? but hey that just me ;) Cheyenne is finally starting to read really good i was kinda worried about her for awhile she is awesome in math but reading she was not but now thanks to www.starfall.com she is doing great!!! i had to go get her some new shoes the other day cause the ones i got her for Christmas and then lost one in february!!! anyways we found them and they are now to small guess what size she is in now...............................................5 WOW huh i was in shock that’s huge!!! but she had a lot more choice’s wearing a size 5 but the downfall for me was they were like 60 bucks!!! but oh well i am sure she will wear these for a long time i mean how much bigger can her foot get i think i wore a 5 in 5th grade not 1st!!! but anyways kyle is always like right behind her school wise hes a little smarty paints!!! but hes kinda taking after me and on the small side lol but i am sure he will start to grow one of these days ;) well i better go and clean while i am feeling good talk to you all later ;)
